How long will it take you to fill my company's needs? This will depend on numerous variables. Is your company competitive, do you provide a quality work environment, what differentiates you from your competition, and are you an employer of choice? Our senior associates are trained to assess your request and to provide realistic feedback based on the thousands of healthcare professionals we have screened over the years. Research America will never accept an unrealistic request.
What if the position is confidential and I do not want my company's name disclosed? Research America handles all searches confidentially and professionally, based on the request form you submit. An outline and company profile is produced, which allows our research department the ability to present your company favorably without breaching your anonymity.
What fees do you charge for your services? All of our fees are paid directly by the client company. As a result of our customization, we can usually accommodate your budget.
Is there a guarantee period? YES! Research America has one of the best guarantees in the industry. Our search guarantee is 100% 90 days. Our research guarantee is 110%!! If you do not secure a hire from our research efforts, we will credit the entire research fee plus 10% towards our contingency search.
As an applicant, how do I know that you will not forward my information or sell my information to a third party? As stated in our Privacy Policy, Research America will never provide respondent-identifiable information in any report, nor will we release your personal information to outside parties unless you give us express permission to do so.
As an applicant, is there a fee for me to register with your company? NO! Run, do not walk, from a company who wants to charge you a fee in today's market. All of our fees are paid by the client companies. There is never a charge to you as our applicant. The only investment you will make is the time it takes you to interview.
What is the Research America privacy policy? Research America has a very simple privacy policy. We will not lease, sell, trade, or otherwise give your name and information to any other corporation, company, or business entity ever. Period. |
