Full Service Search:
Research America will assess your needs, develop a recruitment strategy, produce the plan, and implement the search. Targeted candidates will be sought, identified, qualified, and presented for your positions. Interviews, references, scheduling, and negotiations will be handled by an experienced account executive assigned to your specific search. Once you have selected the most suitable candidates for your openings, Research America will handle the critical stage of offer negotiations, resignation preparation, and counter-offer concerns. We will counsel the applicant through the transition period up to and through the acceptance and start date. Our involvement does not end with an invoice. Research America’s onboarding process is an entire year long! Ask about our multiple search and contract discounts.
Research:
Research America will assess your needs, develop a recruitment strategy, produce the plan, and implement the search. Targeted candidates will be sought, identified, qualified, and presented for your positions. Once identified, Research America will produce a comprehensive database of potential candidates for your human resources department to source. All contact information and employment history obtained will be included in the database report, along with interest level and best time to reach each interested applicant.
You pay one fee for this service, regardless of the amount of hires you secure. In the event you do not secure a hire from our research efforts, Research America will credit 110% of the paid research fee towards our contingency search!
Customized:
You define the scope and direction of our research efforts, and working as a team, we'll act as an expert extension of your human resources functioning. We also offer an array of ancillary services including in-house services, market analysis, salary surveys, consulting, out-placement counseling, exit interviews, and relocation assistance.
